Line Up del Festival Lollapalooza 2010

En esta semana se ha dado a conocer el Line Up Oficial del festival anual de música, Lollapalooza 2010, creado en 1991 por el cantante de Jane’s Addiction, Perry Farrel. Esta edición se realizará a partir del 6 al 8 de agosto en el Grant Park de Chicago.

Las bandas cabezas de cartel de esta edición 2010 de Lollapalooza, serán The Strokes, Green Day, Arcade Fire, Phoenix, Lady Gaga y el esperado retorno de Soundgarden.

Green Day ya trabaja en su siguiente disco

La banda norteamericana de punk formada en 1987, Green Day, se encuentra trabajando en su novena producción,  disco sucesor de 21 Century Breakdown, según dio a conocer Billie Joe Armstrong.

Si bien el grupo anunció que está recién empezando a producir su nuevo álbum, revelaron que ya tienen algunas canciones en mente, las cuales fueron realizadas en los días libres que tuvieron en octubre, mientras se encontraban de gira por Europa.

El vocalista de Green Day explicó a Kerrang! que grabaron algunos demos en Berlín, Estocolmo, Glasgow y Ámsterdam, sobre los cuales trabajarán para preparar su siguiente disco, aún sin nombre.

Todavía no se habló de la fecha de su lanzamiento, pero seguramente se prevé este listo para el próximo año.
